Descendent of the 1812 war hero – the Cossack ataman Vlasov. Graduate of the Moscow State University M.V. Lomonosov, Journalism Major. Worked for USSR State Radio and Television in its most norther region. Immigrated to US by pure accident in the early 90s. Loves to cook, plays on a variety of musical instruments, collects encyclopedias, and adores his grandson. Dreams of going to Maui and staying there forever, patiently awaiting RUSA to open its branch there...
